With firsthand experience as both a trauma survivor and a healthcare professional, Jennifer brings a unique and compassionate lens to every conversation. Her work bridges the gap between personal experience and scientific understanding, empowering listeners to track their trauma responses, measure their wellness, and take ownership of their healing journey.
Jennifer’s approach is grounded in the belief that trauma isn't "all in your head" - it leaves measurable impacts on the body and mind. Through The Trauma Safe Lab, she combines cutting-edge science, real-world insights, and heartfelt storytelling to create a safe, informed space for recovery, growth, and hope. When she's not hosting the show, Jennifer continues her mission of making trauma recovery more accessible, data-driven, and empowering for individuals, families, and communities.
